About Us

Bridgewater Recreation is committed to enriching the lives of Bridgewater residents by providing inclusive, high-quality recreational opportunities that promote community engagement, personal growth, and lifelong well-being.

While we do not maintain a formal calendar of annual offerings, the following are key programs and activities typically provided throughout the year. It can be challenging to publish a full year of activities in advance, as our offerings may change due to vendor availability, the introduction of new and innovative programs, and ongoing assessments of program success and community interest. We are committed to setting accurate expectations and therefore avoid promoting programs too far ahead of time. This approach helps us minimize the risk of cancellations and ensures we only advertise offerings we are confident in delivering.

Registration Periods

We offer two primary registration periods each year:

  • August for fall/winter programs
  • February for spring/summer programs

Fall/Winter Programs

The fall and winter seasons include a wide range of recreational opportunities such as:

  • In-Town Soccer (also offered in the spring) Registration opens in June & the deadline to register is early August
  • Jr. Panthers Soccer (ages 4–5)
  • High School Soccer
  • Ladies Night Soccer
  • In-Town Basketball
  • High School Basketball
  • Travel Basketball
  • Wrestling
  • Introduction to Cheer and Dance

We also collaborate with experienced vendors to offer clinics and specialty programs across various areas of interest.

Spring/Summer Programs

Our spring and summer offerings include:

  • In-Town Soccer – Registration opens in January & the deadline to register is early March

We also provide a variety of vendor-led camps and clinics, and host travel soccer tryouts each spring for the upcoming fall BUSC travel season.
